Lady Gaga, Mark Ronson, BloodPop ve Josh Homm tarafından yazılan ve Lady Gaga, Mark Ronson ve BloodPop tarafından prodüksiyonu yapılan şarkı; Interscope Records tarafından yayımlandı ve klip yönetmenliğini ise; Jonas Åkerlund üstlendi. Albümden ilk olarak “Perfect Illusion” ve ardından “Million Reasons” adlı şarkının video klibi yayınlanmıştı.
