Yapımcılığını Muse ve Dan Lancaster’in üstlendiği, söz ve müziği Matt Bellamy, Chris Wolstenholme, Dominic Howard ve Dan Lancaster’a ait olan şarkının video klibini Nico Poalillo yönetti.

Matthew Bellamy, Dominic Howard ve Chris Wolstenholme’dan oluşan İngiliz rock grubu Muse’ün geçtiğimiz yıl çıkan  “Drones” albümünün yeni video klibi “Aftermath” yayınlandı. Klibi,  grubun daha önce “Follow Me” ve “Exogenesis: Symphony Part 3 (Redemption)” animasyon kliplerini de hazırlayan Japon yönetmen Tekken çekti.
