Arch Enemy‘nin Savage Messiah Music /  Century Media Records etiketiyle 29 Temmuz 2022’de çıkan yeni albümü “Deceivers”tan yeni single çalışması “The Watcher”ın video klibi 15 Ağustos 2022’de yayınlandı. Sözleri Alissa White-Gluz’a, müziği Michael Amott ve Daniel Erlandsson’a ait olan şarkının video klibini Jens De Vos (Panda Productions)  yönetti. Klip, 6 Ağustos 2022’de gerçekleşen Wacken Festival’deki konser görüntülerinden oluşuyor.

Albümden daha önce “Sunset Over The Empire” ve “In The Eye Of The Storm” isimli şarkıları video klipleri yayınlanmıştı.

Finlandiyalı ünlü melodik death metal grubu Children of Bodom‘un kurucusu, solisti ve gitaristi Alexi Laiho 41 yaşında hayatını kaybetti.  Alexi Laiho’nun bağlı olduğu kayıt şirketi Napalm Records tarafından yapılan açıklamada, ölüm nedeni açıklanmazken, yakın çevresinin belirttiğine göre uzun süredir sağlık sorunları yaşıyordu.

Alexi Lahio, 1993 yılında davulcu Jaska Raatiken ile beraber kurduğu Children of Bodom grubu ile metal müzik dünyasında üne kavuşmuştu. 2019 yılında grubun dağılması ile Alexi Lahio geçtiğimiz sene Bodom After Midnight adında yeni bir grup kurmuştu. Laiho, ayrıca yeni grubu ile beraber üç yeni şarkı kaydetmiş ve bir tane de müzik klibi çekmişti.

Amerikalı thrash metal grubu Trivium’un Roadrunner Records’tan çıkan “The Sin And The Sentence” albümünden “Beyond Oblivion”ın video klibi yayınlandı. “Beyond Oblivion” şarkısının video klibini John Webb yönetti.
