Lady Gaga, Mark Ronson, BloodPop ve Josh Homm tarafından yazılan ve Lady Gaga, Mark Ronson ve BloodPop tarafından prodüksiyonu yapılan şarkı; Interscope Records tarafından yayımlandı ve klip yönetmenliğini ise; Jonas Åkerlund üstlendi. Albümden ilk olarak “Perfect Illusion” ve ardından “Million Reasons” adlı şarkının video klibi yayınlanmıştı.

New England Patriots ile  Atlanta Falcons’ı karşı karşıya getiren mücadeleyi; New England Patriots 34-28 kazandı. Maçın devre arası şovunda ise Lady Gaga sahne aldı. Lady Gaga yaklaşık 15 dakika süren şovu boyunca; “Poker Face”, “Born This Way”, “Telephone”, “Just Dance”, “Million Reasons”  ve “Bad Romance”  şarkılarını seslendirdi.
