Kylie Minogue‘un 22 Eylül 2023’te Kylie Minogue / Darenote / BMG Rights Management etiketiyle çıkacak olan yeni albümü “Tension”dan ikinci olarak albüme ismini de veren “Tension” isimli şarkısının single çalışması ve video klibi yayınlandı. Yönetmenliğini Sophie Muller, görüntü yönetmenliğini ise Steven Chivers’ın yaptığı ve yapımcılığını Grant Jue’nun üstlendiği şarkının video klibinde dansçılar Yoe Apolinario ve Justine Gera yer aldı.

Albümden daha önce “Padam Padam” isimli şarkının video klibi yayınlanmıştı.
